The New Standard: Inventory & Fulfillment
This is how we guarantee your experience is as luxurious as your scent.
- If It's Listed, It's Ready: We operate on a transparent inventory system. If you can add it to your cart, it is physically in our studio and ready to ship. We do not accept backorders.
- Processing Time: All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday). You will receive your tracking information as soon as it ships.
- Pre-Orders (Only When Necessary): We limit pre-orders, but if we must accept one for a high-demand drop, the estimated ship date will be clearly marked in bold on the product page and again in your cart before you check out. No hidden dates, no surprises.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand by the quality of our craft. If something isn't right, we fix it - period.
- Damages: If your item is damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will send a replacement immediately.
- Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. However, if you are unsatisfied, please reach out to us. We will always work to find a soulful solution.
